The statutory requirements for residential leases is unwavering. Document preparation and attention to detail are vital or your case will be dismissed to stopped pending proper documentation. While this may not seem like a big deal a few days can mean thousands of dollars in repairs from a disgruntled tenant. You want an attorney who can be compassionate yet firm when dealing with your tenants.
Florida Real Estate
The real estate market in Florida is vastly different from other states. In the northeast it is commonplace for attorneys to conduct real estate transactions. I do this as well through my affiliated title company,Alliant Title and Escrow. However, there are times when representation is a must. I offer competitive rates for both buyer and seller or residential and commercial property. Some matters are far more complex than others. Things such as simple evictions are far less costly than construction matters which need to be litigated.

Tim represents Buyers and Sellers in facilitating real estate transactions. From mobile homes to multi-million dollar estates, Tim has helped to resolve some of the most difficult disputes.
